Tax-Efficient Investment Solutions

Facilitating Projects for Tomorrow with the Goal of Optimizing Returns Today

What Is Ryan Tax Capital?

The combination of the green energy revolution, the Inflation Reduction Act, and the rise of alternative asset managers has created new opportunities to bring forth creative partnership structures that aim to underutilize capital assets to increase the value of renewable energy tax credits. These structures leverage tax legislation in an attempt to identify opportunities that bring together investors and developers.

Ryan Tax Capital (RTC) bridges the direct connection between sponsors of projects and investors looking for a vehicle to achieve rapid and structured returns in alternative investments that benefit the communities in which RTC operates. RTC facilitates bespoke, integrated, and tax-efficient financing structures, and these solutions strive to benefit both sponsor and investor through the execution of specific tax legislation within the Internal Revenue Code, in an attempt to drive improved returns for investors and efficient monetization strategies for the sponsor.

We Are Not Like Other Brokerage Services

Tax-efficient investment is our sole business and our core competency. Our goal is to utilize our tax experience to vet projects and validate, indemnify, and maximize tax credit opportunities, which in turn improves investment returns. RTC sources projects and investors through our vast network of sponsors where we aim to build financing structures with the primary objective of providing investors a platform to achieve specific investment objectives that drive liquidity for sponsors and free up capital for continued growth across project portfolios.
