We are committed to ensuring that our clients have prompt access to their funds and securities under all circumstances.

Varying Disruptions: We understand that disruptions can vary in scale from affecting just RTC to impacting a broader region or even the global community. Depending on the severity and scope, we have processes in place to transfer operations to alternate locations and anticipate recovery timelines accordingly. Our aim is always to restore normal operations as quickly as possible, typically within 24-72 hours, depending on the situation.
